MTBA Golf Tournament was held on Friday, April 28, 2017, at Piankatank River Golf Club in Hartfield.  Teams from MTBA churches and others played a round of golf and lunch was provided.   Following the tournament, a steak cook out for participants was held at Camp Piankatank in Hartfield.   The monies raised will go towards MTBA Rise Against Hunger mission.  This meal packing will be on Saturday, September 16 at Hermitage Baptist Church, Church View.    Thank you all – golf players, businesses, and Continue reading →

The MTBA Spring WMU meeting was held on April 23, 2017, at Urbanna Baptist Church, Urbanna, VA.    WMU Director, Janice Richardson, welcomed everyone followed by prayer.  Hymns were sung, reports presented, and prayers lifted.  A special presentation was given by Urbanna Baptist “No Strings Attached Puppet Ministry Team”.    Dr. Valerie Carter, Executive Director/Treasurer of WMU of VA, guest speaker delivered a powerful, energy filled message of “By All Means” from 1 Corinthians 9:19-23.    An offering was taken and will be sent to Continue reading →
